Corporate Call-In (3 or more PCs and Server): $145/hr ex GST
Domestic/Home Office Call-In (Less than 3 PCs): $130/hr ex GST
Remote Desktop Support: $90/hr ex GST
Telephone Support: $90/hr ex GST
Workshop Repairs: $100/hr ex GST
5 hours per month block: $600 ex GST per month for 12 months
10 hours per month block: $1,100 ex GST per month for 12 months
Call Out / Express Workshop Fee (Less than 4 hrs): 30 min
